DescriptionA novel, potent and selective ALDH1A1 inhibitor with Ki of 300 nM and IC50 of 4.6 uM; shows no effect on the other members of the ALDH1A subfamily (ALDH1A2 and ALDH1A3), or ALDH2 and ALDH3A1 (>100 uM); disrupts ovarian cancer spheroid formation and cell viability, also induces moderate sensitization of IGROV1 cells to cisplatin.
