DescriptionLSN2463359 is positive allosteric modulator of metabotropic glutamate 5 (mGlu5). LSN2463359 attenuates aspects of the behavioral response to administration of the competitive NMDA receptor antagonist. LSN2463359 selectively attenuates reversal learning deficits observed in the neurodevelopmental MAM E17 model. LSN2463359 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
