ENPP1-IN-2 has anti-tumor activity.(In Vivo):ENPP1-IN-2 (compound 015) (50 mg/kg; IP; BID, for 31 days) significantly inhibits tumor growth in Female C57BL/6 mice (4-6 weeks; implanted subcutaneously with 2×105 MC38 cells).
