    BRD1652 is a highly selective, potent, reversible, ATP-competitive GSK3 inhibitor with IC50 of 0.4 nM/4 nM for GSK3α/GSK3β respectively; displays >40 fold selectivity over CDKs, ROS and remarkable selectivity versus the kinome; causes a dramatic decrease in autophosphorylation at Tyr279 (pGSK3α) and Tyr216 (pGSK3β) with longer exposure (24h); attenuates amphetamine-induced hyperactivity (AIH) in mice; exhibits superior pharmacokinetic properties.
