  • Brief Description
A novel tubulin inhibitor that inhibits the proliferation of cancer cell lines with IC50 of 0.2-1.0 uM.
  • Description
A novel tubulin inhibitor that inhibits the proliferation of cancer cell lines with IC50 of 0.2-1.0 uM; suppresses the growth of HeLa cells with IC50 of 350 nM, prevents the polymerization of purified tubulin in vitro and also depolymerizes microtubule in cultured cells leading to mitotic arrest, associated with increased Cdc25C phosphorylation and the accumulation of both cyclin B1 and Plk1 and apoptosis; shows anticancer activity in vivo.
