Sabutoclax (BI-97C1) is a potent, pan Bcl-2 family proteins inhibitor that inhibits the binding of BH3 peptides to Bcl-XL, Bcl-2, Mcl-1 and Bfl-1 with IC50 of 0.31, 0.32, 0.20 and 0.62 uM; potently inhibits cell growth of human prostate cancer, lung cancer, and lymphoma cell lines withEC50 of 0.13, 0.56, and 0.049 uM, respectively; displays superior single-agent antitumor efficacy in prostate cancer mouse xenograft model.

Animal Model:athymic nude mice with tumor xenografts from M2182 cells in s.c.Dosage:1 mg/kg, 3 mg/kg, 5 mg/kg Administration:Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.)Result:Showed ihibiting tumor growth to about 60% of the tumor volume.
