TIQ-15 is a potent and selective CXCR4 antagonist, inhibits attachment of X4 HIV-1IIIB virus in MAGI-CCR5/CXCR4 cells with IC50 of 3 nM; inhibits calcium release in Chem-1 cells with IC50 of 3 nM, shows no cross-activity in a panel of chemokine receptor assays in both CXCR and CCR types.
