K-Ras G12C-IN-4 is a potent co-valent Inhibitor of KRAS G12C.(In Vitro):Administration of K-Ras G12C-IN-4 for 4 hours inhibits MAPK signaling (p-ERK) in MIA PaCa-2 cells with IC50 of 0.219 μM. In the CellTiter-Glo assay of MIA PaCa-2 cells, the use of K-Ras G12C-IN-4 for 72 hours inhibited its cell viability with IC50 of 0.067 μM.

K-Ras G12C-IN-4 (4 hours) exhibits IC50=0.219 μM for inhibition of MAPK signaling (p-ERK) in MIA PaCa-2 cells.K-Ras G12C-IN-4 (72 hours) translates to a 0.067 μM IC50 for inhibition of cellular viability in a CellTiter-Glo experiment in MIA PaCa-2 cells.
