-
DescriptionBML-284 HCL is a potent, selective Wnt canonical signaling activator and tubulin polymerization inhibitor.BML-284 HCL does not inhibit the activity of GSK-3β, and may be a useful tool in the study of physiological processes that involve the Wnt pathway. In a Xenopus model, Wnt agonist 1 (10 μM) mimics the effects of Wnt at the whole-organism level, and affects Xenopus embryonic head specification.

In VitroBML-284 (10 μM; 24 hours) induces the expression of β-catenin significantly when compared with the NC group. It also partially reverses the effects induced by pizotifen on E-cadherin and N-cadherin expression in MNK45 and AGS cells compared with the pizotifen-treated group.BML-284 (10 μM; 24 hours) significantly increases the migration and invasion of both MNK45 and AGS cells and partially restores the migratory and invasive abilities of cells inhibited by pizotifen. Western Blot Analysis Cell Line:Human gastric cancer cell lines MNK45 and AGS Concentration:10 μM Incubation Time:24 hours Result:Induced β-catenin expression and reserved E-cadherin and N-cadherin expression in MNK45 and AGS cells.

In VivoBML-284 hydrochloride (10 ng) combines with Pyrimethanil (4 mg/L) could partially rescue the malformed phenotype and cardiac defects induced by Pyrimethanil in Tg (myl7:EGFP) transgenic embryos at 5.5 hpf are transferred into plates with 20 embryos.

Gadopentetate dimegl...
Gadopentetate dimeglumine, an extracellular intravenous contrast agent, is used in combination with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to allow blood vessels, organs, and other non-bony tissues to be seen more clearly on the MRI.

NRX-252114 B
NRX-252114 (NRX252114) induces degradation of mutant β-catenin NRX-252114 is a potent enhancer of the interaction of β-catenin with the homologous E3 ligase SCFβ-TrCP, and is able to enhance the binding of pSer33/S37A β-catenin to β-TrCP with an EC50 of 6.5 nM and a Kd of 0.4 nM. Kd is 0.4 nM.
