-
DescriptionFosfructose (Diphosphofructose;Esafosfan;FDP) is a cytoprotective natural sugar phosphate for the potential treatment of cardiovascular ischemia, sickle cell anemia and asthma. It acts by stimulating anaerobic glycolysis which generates adenosine triphosphate under ischemic conditions. At equivalent molar concentrations, both the salt and free forms of a compound exhibit comparable biological activity. Nevertheless, the salt form (Fosfructose trisodium) usually boasts enhanced water solubility and stability.

Nigranoic acid
Nigranoic acid is a triterpenoid separated from Schisandra chinensis. Nigranoic acid inhibits HIV-1 reverse transcriptase. Nigranoic acid exhibits protective effects on brain through PARP/AIF signaling pathway in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion animal model.
-
Tuberostemonine D
Tuberostemonine D, an alkaloid obtained, can be obtained from the root of Stemona tuberosa.
-
Phenyl-Ac-Gln-OH
Phenylacetylglutamine is a normal constituent of human urine but other mammals such as the dog cat rat monkey sheep and horse do not excrete this compound. Phenylacetylglutamine is a major nitrogenous metabolite that accumulates in uremia. Phenylacetylglutamine also is a microbial metabolite found in Christensenellaceae Lachnospiraceae and Ruminococcaceae.
