In VitroHeterophyllin B (0-200 μM; 12-48 hours) reduces cell viability in the 75, 100 and 200 μM groups, has no effect on 5, 10, 25 and 50 μM groups.Heterophyllin B (0-50 μM; 6 hours) suppresses the expression levels of p-PI3K, p-AKT and β-catenin in a dose-dependent manner in ECA-109 cells. Cell Viability Assay Cell Line:ECA-109 cells Concentration:5 μM, 10 μM, 25 μM, 50 μM, 75 μM, 100 μM and 200 μM Incubation Time:12, 24 and 48 hours Result:Decreased cell viability at high concentrations.Western Blot Analysis Cell Line:ECA-109 cells Concentration:0 μM, 10 μM, 25 μM, 50 μM Incubation Time:6 hours Result:Decreased the phosphorylation of PI3K/AKT and the expression of β-catenin.
