Brief DescriptionA non-steroidal sulphamate analogue of 2-methoxyoestradiol (2ME2) and microtubule disruptor.
-
DescriptionA non-steroidal sulphamate analogue of 2-methoxyoestradiol (2ME2) and microtubule disruptor, shows anti-proliferative activity against NCI 60 cell lines with mean GI50 of 50 nM; induces apoptosis in human malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumour (MPNST) cell lines, inhibits both PI3 kinase and mTOR signalling pathways, selectively kills MPNST-derived cells, but also halts growth of other tumour-derived NF1 cell lines.
