In Vitro——
-
In VivoS-Gboxin retains excellent metabolic stability, enhanced plasma stability, and PK-propertiessuitable for in vivo studies. S-Gboxin (10 mg/kg/day; intraperitoneally) inhibits glioblastoma (GBM) growth in vivo. Animal Model:Female nude mice (6 to 9 weeks)Dosage:10 mg/kg/day Administration:Administered intraperitoneally; daily; 3 or 14 days Result:Resulted in significant attenuation of growth and decreased cellular density compared to controls.
