-
DescriptionML328 is a potent and selective inhibitor of bacterial AddAB(IC50 = 1.0 μM) and RecBCD(IC50 = 4.8 μM) helicase-nucleases.(In Vitro):The probe ML328 has a half-life of over 48 hours in PBS at room temperature when tested at 10 μM. Disappearance of the LC peak for the probe is unaltered by the addition of excess glutathione (50 μM) in a 6 hour incubation.

DFO
DFO (9H-1,8-Diazafluoren-9-one) is used to find fingerprints on porous surfaces.1,8-diazafluoren-9-one (DFO) is used in the forensic field to enhance latent fingerprints deposited on porous surfaces due to the formation of fluorescent products by reacting with the amino acids present in the papillary exudate. DFO has been the most used because of its excellent enhancing properties.

UDP-Glucose sodium s...
UDP-Glucose sodium salt is an endogenous nucleotide sugar involved in glycosyltransferase reactions in metabolism. It is an agonist of the P2Y14 receptor (EC50 = 0.35 μM). It can also bind to and activate GPR17 inducing oligodendrocyte differentiation at a maximal concentration of 100 μM.
