Teprotumumab is a human monoclonal antibody that blocks the IGF-1 receptor (IGF-1R). Teprotumumab binds to the extracellular α-subunit domain ligand of IGF-1R.

This peptide is Staphylococcal Enterotoxin B domain amino acid residue 163-172. It has been shown to inhibit transcytosis of multiple staphylococcal enterotoxins, SEA, SEE, and TSST-1.

Physostigmine (Eserine) is a reversible acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitor. Physostigmine can crosses the blood-brain barrier and stimulates central cholinergic neurotransmission. Physostigmine can reverse memory deficits in transgenic mice with Alzheimer's disease. Physostigmine is also an antidote for anticholinergic poisoning.
