DescriptionBMS-684 is a selective DGKα inhibitor with an IC50 of 15 nM. BMS-684 inhibits DGKα kinase activity with >100-fold selectivity over the related DGK type I family members DGKβ and DGKγ. BMS-684 does not inhibit any of the other seven DGK isozymes.
