In VivoIntetumumab (CNTO 95; 10 mg/kg; i.p.; Male nude rats) inhibits tumor growth and inhibits spontaneous lung metastasis of A549 tumors and decreases both the number of rats with lung metastasis and the number of metastatic lesions per lung.Animal Model:Male nude rats with lung metastasis models (5-6 weeks old and 150-200 g)Dosage:10 mg/kg Administration:Intraperitoneal injection; once a week for 60 days Result:Had the total tumor response rates (CR and PR) was 33% in A549 tumor model.Developed lung metastases only 4 of 9 rats.
