Brief DescriptionCy3 NHS ester is a fluorescent dye used to label amino groups in proteins, peptides, antibodies, and oligonucleotides. The excitation/emission (Ex/Em) values of Cy3 NHS ester are 550 nm/570 nm.
-
DescriptionCy3 NHS ester is a CY dye. CY, short for Cyanine, is a compound consisting of two nitrogen atoms connected by an odd number of methyl units. Cyanine compounds have the characteristics of long wavelength, adjustable absorption and emission, high extinction coefficient, good water solubility and relatively simple synthesis. CY dyes are of en used for the labeling of proteins, antibodies and small molecular compounds. For the labeling of protein antibodies, the combination can be completed through a simple mixing reaction. Below, we introduce the labeling method of protein antibody labeling, which has certain reference significance.

Compound K
HIV-IN-11 is part of the hydroxylaminoglutaramide (HAPA) transition state isomeric series of HIV protease inhibitors and is a potent and selective inhibitor of HIV-1 protease. HIV-IN-11 competitively inhibits HIV-1 PR (Ki: 0.049 nM) and potently inhibits replication of HIV(IIIb)-infected MT4 lymphocytes at concentrations of 25.0-50.0 nM. HIV-IN-11 displays a longer half-life than indinavir sulfate in animal models and serves as a promising second-generation HIV protease inhibitor.

Boc-MLF
Antagonist of formyl peptide receptor 1 (FPR1). Reduces superoxide production induced by fMLF with an EC50 of 0.63 μM. Almost completely blocks fMLF-stimulated primary granule exocytosis.
