In VivoCP-28,888-27 appears to be a more potent interferon inducer than CP-20,961 in experiments using comparable methods in animal systems. In CP-28,888-27 (25 mg/kg, i.p.)-treated mice, plasma interferon levels of CP-28,888-27 are 10-fold higher than CP-20,961.
