In VitroCell Proliferation Assay Cell Line:Trypanosoma cruzi (epimastigotes) and L. amazonensis (promastigote) Concentration:1.5, 3.1, 6.2, 12.5, 25, 50 and 100 μM Incubation Time:72 h Result:Inhibited the proliferation in a dose-dependent manner with IC50s of 25.5 μM and 57.7 μM against Trypanosoma cruzi and L. amazonensis, respectively.
