DescriptionAdrenomedullin (AM) (22-52), human (22-52-Adrenomedullin human) TFAis a kind of NH2 TFA truncated at the end of the quality of adrenal medullary analogue, is a kind of quality of adrenal medullary receptor antagonist.(In Vitro):Adrenomedullin (AM) (22-52), human (22-52-Adrenomedullin human) TFA shows no effect on hindlimb perfusion pressure responses to adrenomedullin (ADM) at 120 nmol. However, Adrenomedullin (AM) (22-52), human selectively and reversibly decreases vasodilator responses to human calcitonin generelated peptide (hCGRP) at 30 nmol, with similar effect to that of CGRP antagonist. Adrenomedullin (AM) (22-52), human competitively inhibits the binding of the Adrenomedullin in a dose-dependent manner, inhibits Adrenomedullin -induced cAMP accumulation in rat vascular smooth muscle cells.

Progoitrin
Progoitrin is a biochemical from the glucosinolate family that is found in some food, which is inactive but after ingestion is converted to goitrin.
-
PF-04937319
PF-04937319 is an activator of glucokinase (EC50 =154.4 ?μM). PF-04937319 maintains glucose-lowering efficacy while mitigating the risk of hypoglycemia observed with many other glucokinase activators. PF-04937319 can be used in research on the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Urocortin III, mouse...
Urocortin III, mouse TFA is a corticotropin-releasing factor (CRF)-related peptide. Urocortin III preferentially binds and activates CRF-R2. Urocortin III (Ucn3) is a known component of the behavioral stress response system. Urocortin III and CRF-R2 in the medial amygdala regulate complex social dynamics.
