NSC2805 is an inhibitor of WWP2, an E3 ubiquitin ligase with an IC50 of 0.38 μM. NSC2805 can be used in anticancer studies.(In Vitro):NSC2805 significantly reduces the activity for WWP2, WWP1 and Nedd4 proteins and robustly inhibits WWP2-dependent PTEN ubiquitination.
In Vitro

NSC2805 has WWP2 inhibitory activity with an IC50 of 0.38 μM.NSC2805 shows a significant reduction in activity for all three proteins (WWP2, WWP1 and Nedd4).NSC2805 can robustly inhibit WWP2-dependent PTEN ubiquitination.
