-
DescriptionPIPES (1,4-Piperazinediethanesulfonic acid) is an important component of PIPES buffer agent used in biochemistry.(In Vitro):To prepare the pH PIPES buffer, 173 g of 1,4-piperazinediethanesulfonic acid are dissolved into 1 L of deionized water. The pH of the PIPES buffer is adjusted to 6.8 by adding pellets of sodium hydroxide. PIPES buffer can be used to PIPES buffer, it can prevent the glutaraldehyde fixation induced lipid loss and artifacts.

Adenosine-5'-diphosp...
Adenosine 5'-diphosphate sodium salt is an adenine nucleotide that is phosphorylated into ATP by ATPase. This phosphorylation is a key part of cellular homeostatis as it allows for energy storage and is involved in nucleic acid metabolism. ADP affects platelet activation through its interaction with ADP receptors P2Y1 P2Y12 and P2X1.
