Brief DescriptionN106 directly activates the SUMO-activating enzyme, E1 ligase, and triggers intrinsic SUMOylation of SERCA2a.
-
DescriptionN106 directly activates the SUMO-activating enzyme, E1 ligase, and triggers intrinsic SUMOylation of SERCA2a.(In Vitro):N106 (10 min) increases cell contractility, calcium-transient SERCA2a's ATPase activity and SUMOylation. These effects are sustained at 24 h in cardiomyocytes.(In Vivo):N106 (10 mg/kg) significantly improves ventricular function in mice with heart failure. N106(10 mg/kg; i.v.) exhibits a half-life of 65.4 min and a Cmax of ~2.24 μM.

Reference
-
RG 13022
RG13022 is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor; inhibits the autophosphorylation reaction of the EGF receptor (IC50: 4 μM).
-
N-Acetyl-L-phenylala...
N-Acetyl-L-phenylalanine is an essential amino acid produced for medical feed and nutritional applications. It appears in large amount in urine of patients with phenylketonuria which is a human genetic disorder due to the lack of phenylalanine hydroxylase the enzyme necessary to metabolize phenylalanine to tyrosine.
-
Litorin
Litorin, an amphibian bombesin peptide derivative, is an bombesin receptor agonist. Litorin stimulates the contraction of smooth muscle, stimulates gastrin, gastric acid, and pancreatic secretion, and suppresses the nutriment in vivo.
