-
DescriptionTT01001 is a selective agonist of mitoNEET and reduces oxidative stress injury and neuronal apoptosis by improving mitochondrial dysfunction. TT01001 can be used in studies about the treatment of type II diabetes.(In Vivo):In type II diabetes model db/db mice, TT01001 improved hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia, and glucose intolerance, and its efficacy was equivalent to that of pioglitazone, without the pioglitazone-associated weight gain. Mitochondrial complex II + III activity of the skeletal muscle was significantly increased in db/db mice. TT01001 significantly suppressed the elevated activity of the complex II + III.

Antho-Rfamide
Antho-RFamide is a neuropeptide isolated from the sea anemone (Anthopleura elegantissima). Antho-RFamide contains a specific carboxyl-terminal sequence, Arg-Phe-NH2, that plays an important role in neural signaling. Antho-RFamide can be used to study the function of neuropeptides in the nervous system of the simplest animals.

Sari 59-801
Sari 59-801 is a novel, orally effective hypoglycemic compound that appears to act largely by stimulation of insulin release. SARI-59-801 was more potent in producing hypoglycemia (ED25 = 47 mg/kg) than their lean littermates (ED25 = 131 mg/kg).

Divalproex Sodium
Divalproex Sodium binds to and inhibits gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) transaminase and its anticonvulsant activity may be exerted by increasing brain concentration of GABA and by inhibiting enzymes that catabolize GABA or block the reuptake of GABA into glia and nerve endings.
