DescriptionTC-A 2317 hydrochloride is an inhibitor of Aurora kinase A with a Ki of 1.2 nM compared to Aurora kinase B with a Ki of 101 nM. TC-A 2317 hydrochloride shows antitumor activity.(In Vivo):In rats, TC-A 2317 hydrochloride (30 mg/kg;p.o.) shows good PK profile; Cmax value is 4930 nM (Tmax=1.2 h) and serum concentration after 24 h is 52 nM (T1/2=3.3 h). In the antitumor mice model, TC-A 2317 hydrochloride is effective without a decrease of body weight.
