DescriptionN-Boc-PEG5-bromide is a cleavable ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). N-Boc-PEG5-bromide is a PROTAC linker based on PEG and Alkyl/ether.(In Vitro):ADCs are comprised of an antibody to which is attached an ADC cytotoxin through an ADC linker. PROTACs contain two different ligands connected by a linker; one is a ligand for an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other is for the target protein.

In VitroPROTACs contain two different ligands connected by a linker; one is a ligand for an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other is for the target protein. PROTACs exploit the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins. ADCs are comprised of an antibody to which is attached an ADC cytotoxin through an ADC linker.

Phenylpyruvic acid is a keto-acid that is an intermediate or catabolic byproduct of phenylalanine metabolism. It has a slight honey-like odor. Levels of phenylpyruvate are normally very low in blood or urine. High levels of phenylpyruvic acid can be found in the urine of individuals with phenylketonuria (PKU) an inborn error of metabolism.
