DescriptionRO2959 hydrochloride is a potent and selective inhibitor of CRAC channel(IC50: 402 nM). It is also a potent inhibitor of human IL-2.
-
In VitroRO2959 inhibits Orai1 and Orai3 with IC50 values of 25 nM and 530 nM, respectively. RO2959 blocks store operated calcium entry (SOCE) in activated CD4+T lymphocytes with an IC50 value of 265 nM.RO2959 is a potent SOCE inhibitor that blocks an IP3-dependent current in CRAC-expressing RBL-2H3 cells and CHO cells stably expressing human Orai1 and Stim1, as well as SOCE in human primary CD4+ T cells triggered by either T cell receptor (TCR) stimulation or thapsigargin treatment. RO2959 completely inhibits cytokine production as well as T cell proliferation mediated by TCR stimulation or MLR (mixed lymphocyte reaction).

Fenoverine
Fenoverine (Spasmopriv) is a novel smooth muscle motor synchronizer with anti-spasmodic activity that inhibits fast and slow Ca2+ channel currents in a concentration-dependent manner and can be used to study gastrointestinal spasms.
-
MMK 1
Potent and selective human formyl peptide receptor FPR2 agonist (EC50 values are 1, 2 and > 10 000 nM at mFRP2, hFPR2 and hFPR1 respectively). Induces migration of human monocytes and neutrophils via a chemotactic mechanism and enhances production of proinflammatory cytokines IL-1β and IL-6. Also activates the neutrophil superoxide-generating NADPH-oxidase.

Mibefradil dihydroch...
Mibefradil dihydrochloride is an blocker of calcium channel with moderate selectivity for T-type Ca2+ channels (T-type and L-type currents with IC50s of 2.7 μM and 18.6 μM, respectively). Mibefradil dihydrochloride inhibits reversibly the T- and L-type currents with IC50 values of 2.7 and 18.6 μM, respectively.
