DescriptionThiazolyl blue tetrazolium bromide(MTT).(In Vitro):Preparation of MTT working solution.Dissolve MTT by PBS to obtain 5 mg/mL of MTT.Cell proliferation detection ( 96-well plates).Inoculated cells:Prepared single cell suspension to prepared with culture medium containing 10% FBS and inoculated into 96-well plate with 1000-10000 cells per well, volume of 100 uL per well.Incubated cells: 37℃. 5% CO2, Incubate for 24-72 h. Add 10 μL MTT in per well and incubate for 4 h, Discard the supernatant, For suspended cells, need centrifuge firstly.Add 100 μL DMSO, shock 10 min to dissolve the crystal completely.Monitor the absorbance increase with an absorbance plate reader at OD = 562 nm.

[Tyr27]-a-CGRP (27-3...
(Tyr27)-α-CGRP (27-37) (canine, mouse, rat) is a polypeptide that can be found by peptide screening. Peptide screening is a research tool that pools active peptides primarily by immunoassay. Peptide screening can be used for protein interaction, functional analysis, epitope screening, especially in the field of agent research and development.

Atrial Natriuretic F...
Anaritide is a synthetic form of atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) composed of 25 amino acids. Anaritide increases glomerular filtration rate by dilating into and contracting out the bulbar arterioles. Anaritide can be used to study the effects on patients with acute tubular necrosis, particularly in improving dialysis free survival.

Levothyroxine sodium
Levothyroxine, the major hormone derived from the thyroid gland, is the agonist of Thyroid hormone receptor alpha and beta.evothyroxine (L-T(4))can upregulate the expression of P-gp mRNA and protein in LS180 cells, but only L-T(4) and L-T(3) can produce the same effect in Caco-2 cells, which are relatively lacking in PXR.
