In Vitro——
-
In VivoDL-Laudanosine (Laudanosine) appears to be unique in its ability to produce cerebral stimulation in lightly anaesthetized animals and it is reported to cause arousal from anaesthesia in subconvulsive doses. Animal Model:Male CFLP mice weighing 18-25 g, and male Wistar rats weighing 120-150 g .Dosage:10-20 mg/kg.Administration:IV.Result:Caused convulsions and hind limb extensions.

Spantide I, a substance P analog, is a selective NK1 receptor antagonist, with Ki values of 230 nM and 8150 nM for NK1 and NK2 receptor, respectively. Spantide I provides an approach to reduce type 1 and enhance the type 2 cytokine IL-10 in the infected cornea, leading to a significant reduction in corneal perforation.

Verubulin
Verubulin (MPC 6827) is a potent microtubule blocker with cytotoxic and potentially anticancer activity that disrupts newly formed blood vessels in xenografts, and can be used to image microtubules (MTs) using positron emission tomography (PET).

Isoprocurcumenol
Isoprocurcumenol is a guaiane type sesquiterpene, that can be isolated from Curcuma comosa. Isoprocurcumenol can activate EGFR signaling. Isoprocurcumenol increases the phosphorylation of ERK and AKT. Isoprocurcumenol promotes the proliferation of keratinocytes.
