Tocofersolan is an oral treatment of vitamin E deficiency due to digestive malabsorption in pediatric patients with congenital chronic cholestasis or hereditary chronic cholestasis.(In Vitro):Tocofersolan (0-3 μM) increases locomotor activity, and causes a significant attenuation of the BaP-induced hypoactivity at 1 μM in zebrafish embryos exposed to BaP.
