Animal Model:70% ethanol-induced gastric ulcers in rats Dosage:5 and 10 mg/kg Administration:p.o.Result:Inhibited gastric ulcer formation and the necrotic erosion of gastric mucosa.Downregulated the MMP-2/9 expression by activating the TIMP-2 and TIMP-1 expressions.
