Brief DescriptionSynephrineHCl (Oxedrine, p-Synephrine) is an agonist that acts on sympathomimetic α-adrenergic receptor (AR).
-
DescriptionSynephrineHCl (Oxedrine, p-Synephrine) is an agonist that acts on sympathomimetic α-adrenergic receptor (AR).(In Vivo):Synephrine (1 mg/kg; oral gavage; for 8 days; PVL and BDL rats) significantly ameliorates the hyperdynamic state in both PVL and BDL rats. The portal venous pressure in PVL and BDL rats, portal tributary blood flow and cardiac index are significantly reduced, while mean arterial pressure and systemic as well as portal territory vascular resistance are enhanced by treatment of Synephrine.

Animal Model:Portal vein ligation (PVL) or bile duct ligation (BDL) rats Dosage:1 mg/kg per 12 hours Administration:Oral gavage; for 8 days Result:The portal venous pressure in PVL and BDL rats, portal tributary blood flow and cardiac index were significantly reduced, while mean arterial pressure and systemic as well as portal territory vascular resistance were enhanced.

Somatostatin Acetate
Somatostatin (GHIH), a peptide hormone, regulates the endocrine system and affects neural transmission and cell proliferation by interacting with G-protein-coupled somatostatin receptors and inhibiting the release of multiple secondary hormones. Somatostatin inhibits secretion of insulin and glucagon.
-
VT104
VT104 is a potent and orally active YAP/TAZ inhibitor for cancer research. VT104 blocks palmitoylation of endogenous TEAD1 and TEAD3 proteins.
-
P-gb-IN-1
P-gb-IN-1 is a potent P-glycoprotein (P-gp) inhibitor that exhibits reverse activity by inhibiting P-gp outflow. P-gb-IN-1 has been shown to inhibit P-gp by hydrogen bonding with residues Asn 721 and Met 986. P-gb-IN-1 showed low toxicity in MCF-7/ADR cells.
