Biological Information

  • Product Name
    TRAM-34
  • Note
Research use only, not for human use.
  • Brief Description
TRAM-34(Kd=20 nM), an effective and specific inhibitor of the intermediate-conductance Ca2+-activated K+ channel (IKCa1, KCa3.1), does not block cytochrome P450.
  • Description
TRAM-34 is a highly selective blocker of intermediate conductance Ca2+-activated K+ channels (KCa3.1) (Kd = 20 nM). Exhibits 200-1500-fold selectivity over KV, BKCa, KCa2, Na+, CRAC and Cl- channels. Suppresses the reactivation of lymphocytes by mitogenic stimuli, and does not block cytochrome P450.
