NoteResearch use only, not for human use.
-
Brief DescriptionICA-1 is a potent, specific inhibitor of Protein Kinase C-iota (PKC-ι) with IC50 of 0.1 uM.
-
DescriptionICA-1 is a potent, specific inhibitor of Protein Kinase C-iota (PKC-ι) with IC50 of 0.1 uM, does not inhibit PKC-ζ, the closely related atypical PKC family member; potently inhibits the phosphorylation of Cdk7 by PKC-ι, inhibits PKC-ι/Cdk7/cdk2 cell signaling pathway and exhibits antiproliferative effects in neuroblastoma cells, also induces apoptosis; significantly reduces migration and melanoma cell invasion, downregulates TNF-α induced NF-κB translocation to the nucleus there by inducing apoptosis.

PS-432
PS-432 is an allosteric inhibitor of PKCι and PKCζ with IC50 of 16.9 and 18.5 uM, respectively.
-
Calphostin C
A potent, selective and photo-dependent inhibitor of PKC with IC50 of 50 nM.
-
PKC β pseudosubstrat...
Selective cell-permeable peptide inhibitor of protein kinase C (IC50 ~ 0.5 μM). Consists of amino acids 19 - 31 of PKC pseudosubstrate domain linked by a disulphide bridge to a cell permeabilisation Antennapedia domain vector peptide. The Antennapedia peptide is actively taken up by intact cells, at 4 or 37°C, ensuring rapid and effective uptake of the inhibitor peptide. Once inside the cell, the disulphide bonds are subjected to reduction in the cytoplasm leading to release of the inhibitor peptide.
