DescriptionA66 (p110α inhibitor A66) is a potent, highly specific p110α inhibitor with IC50 of 32, 30 and 43 nM for wt p110α, p110α E545K and p110α H1047R, respectively; displays little to no activity against p110β/γ/δ (IC50>3,000 nM), as well as class-III PI3Ks, mTOR, DNA-PK, and PI4Kα/β; induces reduction in focus formation CEF by the highly transforming iSH2 mutants KS459delN, DKRMNS560del, and K379E, blocks PI3K signalling and tumour growth in certain cell types.
