In Vitro

:Cell Viability Assay Cell Line:Caco-2 cells and MCF-7/DOX cells.Concentration:1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100 μM.Incubation Time:24 h.Result:Significantly inhibited the cell viability (100 μM).Apoptosis Analysis Cell Line:MCF-7/DOX cells.Concentration:5, 10 and 20 μM.Incubation Time:0.5, 1, 2, 3 and 4 h.Result:Promoted the doxorubicin-induced apoptosis with time and dose dependent manner.
