MT-802 and SJF620 are potent PROTAC BTK degraders with DC50s of 1 nM and 7.9 nM, respectively.(In Vitro):1,2-Bis(2-iodoethoxy)ethane is a PROTAC linker, which refers to the PEG composition. 1,2-Bis(2-iodoethoxy)ethane can be used in the synthesis of a series of PROTACs, such as MT802 and SJF620. PROTAC MT802 has a ligand specific for BTK, and a ligand specific to a E3 ligase cereblon (CRBN) connected by polyethylene glycol (PEG) linker 1,2-Bis(2-iodoethoxy)ethane.
