(In Vitro):F1324 TFA binds to BCL6(5-129) with KD and IC50 values of 0.57 nM and 1 nM according to the results of an SPR analysis and cell-free ELISA assay, respectively. F1324 TFA binds BCL6 not only in cell-free but also cellbased conditions.
